Singapore-based selector MZA drops into the first show of 2020 with an hour of deep hip-hop and house cuts. Coming up raiding his dad's jazz collection to diggin’ for the deepest underground hip hop wax and house trax, MZA is as much influenced by John Coltrane as he is with producers from DJ Premier to Larry Heard. He plays a blend of classic hip hop, RnB, neosoul, funk, soul, jazz and house. With a strong emphasis on smooth, soulful beats and samples, his sets are defined by one word ‘Jazzmatazz’.
